
ray chambers (they/them) is a new york–based director and producer whose work draws inspiration from life’s contrasts, blending rural simplicity with gritty urban aesthetics and queer culture. rooted in intentionality and groundedness, ray seeks to create films that are both visceral and reflective. originally from a small town in oregon, ray is dedicated to storytelling that explores underrepresented voices.
over the past eight years, ray has worked across feature films, commercials, and editorial photography—collaborating with directors, DPs, agencies, and photographers on projects for rimowa, adult swim, nike, and HBO’s And Just Like That.
